   InTravel.Top platform was born from the desire of customers for select and top services. We have in our portfolio only the best Places to stay & Restaurants in the world. Crefully selected based on several criteria combined under one motto: The best services in the world! at the lowest cost. How do we do that? Replacing property fees on each booking with a small monthly subscription. Thus the commission required for each reservation by the major platforms disappears through the InTravel.Top platform. Basically we make direct connection between travelers and the properties listed in our platform. As the largest Marketing Agency for the best Places to stay & Restaurants from each country.

InTravel.Top has a multi-sided market business model, with two interdependent customer segments that are both needed in order to operate:

  1. Top places to stay In the world
  2. Top Restaurants/Pubs In the world.

Channels

InTravel.Top’s main channel is its website. The company promotes its offerings through its social media pages, direct email campaigns, advertising (online and TV) and  partnerships with major international corporations.

Key Activities

InTravel.Top’s business model entails maintaining and updating its platform for its customers. And the smooth running of marketing and strategic partnerships with large corporations.

Key Partners

InTravel.Top maintains an affiliate program through which it invites third parties (every entity from blog owners to major airlines) to promote its service on their platforms (websites, mobile apps, etc.). InTravel.Top has a network of over 20,000 affiliate partner websites.

Key Resources

InTravel.Top’s main resource is its proprietary software platform.  It depends to largely by our artificial and intuitive intelligence software, and a small extent on human resources in the form of technology to maintain and update the platform, marketing employees to promote it, and customer service personnel to provide support.

Value Proposition

InTravel.Top offers five primary value propositions: convenience, accessibility, cost reduction, risk reduction, and brand/status.

The company offers convenience by making life simpler for customers. All bookings are made on each property’s own website/partner: TripAdvisor/Booking within our platform by automatically opening an internal window with the property’s page. 

InTravel.Top reduces risk by maintaining high standards of quality and security.

The company has established a powerful brand due to its success. 

Revenue Streams

Agency RevenuesWe have only one monthly subscription charged for the properties listed on our platform. Only that. We do not mediate reservations. 

Cost Structure

InTravel.Top has a cost-driven structure, aiming to minimize expenses through significant automation and low-price value propositions. Its biggest cost driver is advertising, a fixed expense. Other major drivers are personnel costs, cost of revenues, and administration expenses.
